how does one blog?

Well here I am at the computer thinking what am I getting myself into? I have never really had a love of writing and my spelling is less than perfect "what am I doing here"? I am trying some new things and this is one of them and that is enough. 

Tonight I made tortillas for the first time and they were great! What a revelation, what is there that I could not make myself? Not much I am thinking.
