My first yarn

 Well I have entered into a whole new world. I have taken up spinning. This is my first.
I started with already dyed roving and spun singles then plied the 2 together. Then set the twist by washing and whacking the skein. I think I will be doing all sorts of fun and different yarns in the future.     NJT
 

3 days of fun!

What a wonderful change of pace I just had! I had 2 of my favorite little girls to keep me company for 3 fun filled days. Not only did we have halloween but we had a wedding of note.  NJT

So excited! My 9th grandbaby is here. He is beautiful and doing well. Born on July 20th (his great grandpa's birthday) in 1 1/2 hours at home, only 20 minutes after his dad got home from work.  Weighing in at 11 pounds and 2 ounces at birth, he is pink and chubby all over, so, so, cute I think I am in love already!  NJT
